I had to add a driver to my insurance I thought they’d be closed as it was after 8pm , so I called to the office and a lady by the name of “sherry” answered politely saying sure I’ll do that for you, took all of 5 minutes!
Very professional and courteous

Sam (Samantha)is the best, she figured out my complicated insurance situation when 5 OTHER BC INSURANCE Brokers could not,she spend over an hour of her "own time" to do it.
I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else.
BCAA's Representive's did it correctly, they did it right the first time, they did it at the right price, and...they did it with a smile. They will have my business until I die.
