Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Both of my kids got an insight into how an individual can make what might have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Kudos!

Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! We needed some tables and chairs for an outdoor party and this was the most cost effective spot in the area! The staff at the store and on the phone weren't the most friendly but they got the job done. The delivery and pick-up were right on time and they even let us use the tables for a few extra days because they don't pick up on Sundays - this was a true added bonus!! Thanks so much for the speedy pick-up and delivery. It was appreciated!

I live about 2 Kms from Canadian Tire Ajax but prefer dealing with Whitby Canadian Tire.
The staffs are competent and polite, they will go the extra mile to help customers. Well trained team!
