I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all. I've known Andy (Owner) for 5 years now and he has been my mechanic since moving to the Okanagan. He has always been straight forward, friendly, honest, reasonable in his pricing and has never screwed me over. This is a busy little shop and for good reason, so be reasonable and patient. I have recommended him to several friends and colleagues without hesitation. No complaints from any of them.

Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.
