The staff are all kind and friendly but staff member "Sharanjit G" has been an amazing person to talk with and get help upgrade my phone with She had the whole thing done in a record time for us, under an hour and was extremely helpful and I cannot recommend going to this store just to see HER enough! Bell provided the most outstanding service I have ever received from any business retailer. They are always very personable, courteous and supportive. Although they encouraged me to transfer to a less expensive plan with a subsidiary company, they still spent over an hour copying my new phone from the old for me. They patiently walked me through the transition with my new phone, knowing I was not technically skilled. I will return to Bell when this phone contract expires. So grateful to Bell! Lire plus
