They said they will backup all my data and upgrade my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7. They installed Office Suite, Adobe, Flash, STOPzilla AntiVirus Program (one year subscription). Have been dealing with Ijaz for many years and has always delivered a quality built computer. One of his strong points is his customer service. He stands behind his products. Always willing to answer your questions. The service he provides, the big box retailers can only dream of. Ask your big box retailer what you would do if something goes wrong with your purchase in the first couple of years and factor than into the price. Do not judge a book by its cover.

He knows allot! I always get him to do some odd jobs, for example the last thing I got him to do was get some photos off my old flip phone onto my computer. Before that I got him to convert my old tapes into CDs. He is also helpful with programs, iTunes wouldn't find my music one day but he was able to get everything back on, and quick too!

My 2011 MacBook Pro wouldn't close and saw that the trackpad was lifted. I called and informed Alan of the issue. He knew right away what the problem was.
When he looked into my computer, Alan realized it was pretty much toast. As soon as I got a new MacBook, he went above and beyond recovering my old data from my old mac to the new one within a couple of hours.
I am extremely happy with his service and expertise.

I called this company looking for 12 Go Switches/Topworx and i was quoted 20% lower than the closes competitor. I then purchased a Banner PLC and it was 25% cheaper than their closes competitor. They asked me if I purchase Allen Bradley PLC's and when i asked for a quoe it was 40% cheaper than what I can but it for locally with a 4 day delivery time. I did not believe it until I received the parts and i was amazed. I now use Intrepid for all my automation and electrical requirements - and as an MRO buyer I have more money left over to purchase additional items to fix the band-aids in my plant. Thanks Nick! I will purchase all my automation items such as pepperl + fuchs, Siemens, Schmersal, Balluff, ABB, AC Tech, Dynapar i just can't believe the pricing it's like they give away the stuff!
